Training philosophy

We are providers of professional information management training courses. Whether you need one day of training or a full training package i2i can help. We partner our clients and build relationships with people who want to work with us.

We understand that not all organisations are at the same level of experience or resources. Therefore, before any training takes place a training needs assessment is carried out and discussed to ensure that training is targetted at the correct level of experience and ability.

We have a strong service ethic and our training needs assessment will help us determine whether we are the right training organisation for you. If we cannot provide the services you require we will do our best to find you a more suitable resource.

Systems Approach to Training (SAT)

All our training packages are put together in accordance wth the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology. This will ensure that all training packages are developed according to specific requirements and that the requirement is tested after training to ensure that the training goals have been met. The SAT evaluation process consists of:

This systematic approach to training provides a method for analyzing, designing, developing,
implementing, and evaluating cost-effective, results oriented training programs.
